Hi — I'm Moni. Here's the real story behind The Verb Collective.

Moni, founder of The Verb Collective

You've got the dream. I'm the verb that moves it.

Every big idea starts the same way — quietly, in the heart of someone brave enough to want more. A storefront they can already picture. A name they say out loud when no one's listening. The trouble is, dreams don't move on their own. And the people who dream them are usually far too busy living them to stop and get them out into the world.

That's where I come in.

I've been a verb my whole life — someone who moves things, makes things, figures it out. It started early. At three, I beat cancer, and it gave me a kind of quiet clarity I've never lost: life is short, so make it count, and hold close the people who understand you. I'd already been building things online for years by then — customizing MySpace pages with hand-coded HTML before I even knew that counted as a skill. So at twelve, growing up in a low-income immigrant family, I didn't wait for the things I wanted — I opened a Facebook Closet Store years before Marketplace existed, reselling and marketing clothes from my own closet, getting creative with what I had. That was the spark. Somewhere in there, a dream took shape: build something of my own, take care of the people I love, and give back to the community that raised me.

I've been chasing that dream ever since — through a business degree, a master's, and years spent learning every corner of marketing, from tiny startups to some of the biggest companies in the world. And along the way I found the thing that lights me up: watching someone's vision become real. Not the strategy or the polish — the moment. The one where a dreamer sees their dream, finally, standing on its own.

That feeling is the whole reason The Verb Collective exists. It's the dream I've been building toward my entire life — which is exactly why I understand how much yours means to you.

So let's not let it sit quietly anymore. Let's get your brand in motion — and turn it into something people can find, feel, and fall for.
