Hi, I'm Moni — your neighbor down the coast.
I live right here in Vista, I'm a two-time Cal State San Marcos grad (business degree, then my MBA), and if I'm not working you'll probably find me at hot yoga in Encinitas or getting coffee at Communal in Oceanside. I'm not some agency parachuting in from somewhere else — I'm part of this community, and I want to see the businesses in it thrive.
That's actually the whole reason I do this work. Before The Verb Collective, I spent 8+ years in marketing and UX — running brand audits and creative strategy for companies like Microsoft, Midas, and CoyoteVest. I've done the strategic consulting and the creative work — most people only bring one of the two, which is exactly why I diagnose before I recommend anything: I want to know what's actually costing you customers, not just what looks nice.
I grew up watching my immigrant family build something out of nothing, and I beat cancer as a kid — both taught me that a dream deserves real support to become real. That's what this is: the push that gets your dream the rest of the way there.
